1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Little Surfers Events. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Little Surfers Events, concerning your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access our services.

2. Services Description

Little Surfers Events organizes creative children's activities, themed parties, and educational workshops across Australia. Our experienced team ensures engaging programs that combine fun, learning, and safe supervision. The specific details, availability, and pricing of our services may change over time and are subject to availability.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our official channels, including our website, email, or phone. A booking is not confirmed until a deposit has been paid and confirmation has been received in writing from Little Surfers Events. Full payment for services must be made according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.

Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellation policies apply as detailed in section 4 of these terms. We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods specified at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation by the client, the following terms apply:

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: Loss of deposit only
• Cancellations made 14-29 days before the event: 50% of the total fee
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: 100% of the total fee

Little Surfers Events reserves the right to cancel an event due to unsafe weather conditions, staff illness, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will offer either a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

5. Safety and Supervision

While we maintain high safety standards and professional supervision ratios, parents/guardians remain ultimately responsible for their children's behavior and well-being. We require accurate information about any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs at the time of booking to ensure appropriate accommodations can be made.

Our staff are trained in first aid; however, in the event of a medical emergency, we will contact emergency services and the designated emergency contact. By using our services, you consent to this procedure.

6. Photography and Marketing

Little Surfers Events may take photographs and videos during events for promotional purposes. By participating in our events, you grant us permission to use such media featuring you or your child in our marketing materials, website, and social media. If you do not wish for photographs or videos of your child to be used, you must inform us in writing before the event.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the website, is the property of Little Surfers Events or its suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Our workshop materials, activity plans, and event concepts are proprietary and may not be reproduced without express written permission.

8. Privacy Policy

9. Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the top of this page. We encourage users to frequently check this page for any changes. Your continued use of the service after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
